顾志敏，1982年生，籍贯江苏海门，系统医学研究院研究员，博士生导师。2001年考入南京大学生物技术专业，2005年获得学士学位。2005-2011年在中科院健康科学研究所生物化学与分子生物学专业硕博连读。2011-2022年先后在美国犹他大学、爱荷华大学以及西南医学中心以博士后、助理研究员身份进行科研工作。主要研究造血干细胞发育以及白血病的机制。 2022年加入系统医学研究院，任职研究员。

以血液系统为模型，研究造血系统发育以及血液系统恶性疾病的机制。利用功能基因组学、生物信息学、代谢组学、单细胞测序等手段，结合细胞、动物模型以及临床样本发掘肿瘤转化过程中表观遗传及代谢机制，发现并验证肿瘤发生发展的新靶点，开发基于基因编辑、小分子药物以及免疫治疗的新方法。
