程书钧，1939年生，籍贯浙江临安，肿瘤病因学家，肿瘤医院研究员，博士生导师。1957年考入北京医学院医疗系，1962年考入中国协和医科大学病理系实验肿瘤专业研究生，1965年研究生毕业。1985年升为副研究员。1989年为研究员。1999年当选为中国工程院院士。
